The Art of Balance (Balansekunst) is a Norwegian association of 70 arts and culture institutions working to promote equality and diversity within the arts. During by:Larm Conference 2019, The Art of Balance hosts an open networking event to highlight the challenges and possibilities facing the music industry of today. Whether you choose to join us for the networking, the presentations or the free food, we look forward to getting to know you.

Who: Anyone with an interest in gender equality and diversity, regardless of occupation or gender
