In order to transform the future of music we need to gather our forces and work together.

Balansekunst is an association of 80 Norwegian arts and culture institutions promoting equality and diversity within the arts.

During by:Larm 2020 Balansekunst hosts an open networking event to highlight the challenges and possibilities facing the music industry of today, as well as to encourage cooperation and new initiatives. The event is open for anyone with an interest in equality and diversity in the arts.
